FOR THE LOVE OF HOMES
Wendy Moore is a highly experienced editor and publisher with experience across some of Australia's most iconic brands, spending the last 12 years as Editor in Chief of Australian Home Beautiful, as well as General Manager of Better Homes & Gardens.
Wendy is one of Australia's most respected publishing executives and is also a judge on Channel Seven’s hit show “House Rules”.
She lives in Sydney’s inner west with husband Peter and her eight-year-old twin girls, Darcy and Ruth - and they are all just about to embark on their own renovation!
Now airing its seventh season on Channel 7, Wendy has been with House Rules since its inception.
“I think the secret to its success is that it's about the homes of people you really get to know - not empty houses with no emotional attachment,” she says.
“This is people putting their own dreams about their own homes on the line, hoping to realise them. The emotions that are tied up in those homes are so real and so tangible that it emotionally charges everything.”
